RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Requirements for Returns and Exchanges:
Product Condition:
- The product must be unused and unworn (except for trying it on).
- All original packaging and parts must be included.
Shipping Label Costs:
- The cost of your shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
Return/Exchange Window:
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of your original order date.
Initiation Process:
- All returns and exchanges must be started through the Exchange and Return portal.
- Returns/exchanges without a confirmation number will not be accepted.
Processing Time:
- We generally process returns and exchanges within 3 business days of receiving the item.
- Please allow up to an additional 2 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
Refund of Shipping Costs
Please note, we will refund the
full product cost, but we cannot refund shipping costs from your original order. The only exception is if you are requesting a return or exchange due to a shipping error at our warehouse or what is determined by
Ben Guard Health Inc. to be a manufacturer’s defect.
Manufacturer’s Defects and Order Errors
- Order Issues or Defects:
If you believe there was an error with your order, you received the wrong item, or you believe there is a manufacturer’s defect, please contact us to initiate your return. Include your order number and a detailed description of the problem. We will ensure the correct item is shipped to you as quickly as possible. - Assessment of Defects:
All products returned by the customer with a claim of a manufacturer’s defect will be reviewed for assessment. If the product is found to be defective,
Ben Guard Health Inc. will provide a full refund or replacement of the item(s) at no cost to the customer.
International Orders
While we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges to our international customers, we ask that you cover the return shipping cost upfront. Please enter your order number and shipping postal code at
www.benguardhealthinc.com/returns (or follow the link on our website) to request a return or exchange authorization and print the return form to include in your package. Then, arrange shipping through the carrier of your choice to the address provided.
